I am so excited to join #1MillionMinutes with #sweatpink! This summer my goal is to do 2000_ (number) minutes of __running___ (activity), while wearing my favorite _pink___ (color) _watch__(noun).
I predict that we’ll _smash__ (Verb) the goal of #1MillionMinutes – we’ll actually hit _2,000,000____ (number) of minutes this summer! I predict that _running___ (activity) will be the top-logged movement.
I’ll get extra minutes in by _walking____ (verb) to around __the neighborhood____ (place)!
My favorite way to get extra minutes in is by _doing Zumba___ (verb) with _Dee___(person). _Julie___(person) is my BEST activity partner because he/she is so _encouraging__(adjective). My favorite way to relax post-workout is to _lay in my hammock___.

I just finally returned to the gym to work with a trainer after 5 long years away…maybe I’ll join the challenge next time! lol I’m not ready yet!
You just have to log your minutes anytime you are active. Every minute counts!
